Our products are handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in texture or color may occur. These imperfections are a hallmark of natural authentic craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

As per our policy, all purchases made through our website are final, and we do not offer returns. However, in the rare event of a genuine manufacturing defect or if the wrong product is delivered, we will provide a full refund. For any return-related queries, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

• It is unworn and unwashed. 
• All tags are intact.
• The printed receipt is included.
• It is in its original packaging.

After receiving the product, we will examine and evaluate it. If approved by the team, we will send an approval confirmation and issue a full refund or exchange as requested.

Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product to us and for the delivery of the exchanged item to their address.
